Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Post

  Attach the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
